Spirit Led? How to ‘Know’ for sure (5 mins)
In reflecting on the unique gifts each of us brings, it’s clear that everyone here is an educator, healer, and giver in their own way. Trusting ourselves comes from personal exploration—allowing us to feel relaxed and grounded in our own truth.
It's essential to understand that true self-knowing doesn’t come from following someone else’s path, but by honoring our own. This process begins with the small decisions we make daily—learning to trust our intuition, whether through physical sensations, inner voices, or visual cues.
By practicing self-trust in the little things, like feeling into whether to stand or sit, we develop the muscle of listening to how we're led by spirit. The more we trust our inner guidance, the better prepared we’ll be for bigger moments, even when no external validation is given.
During this eclipse season, old sorrows and unattended grief may surface, inviting us to offer ourselves tenderness and compassion. Through both the beauty and the difficulties, may we continue loving ourselves and honoring our journeys with grace.
